Check these as well. They sit in the top and side of the intake manifold, where the vacuum lines attach to the plastic nipples that are inserted into these grommets. IF leaking, they would cause a hissing sound and loss of idle.
I had the top one blow out on me one day, and caused a lot of havoc. They're real cheap from site sponsor. Be sure to get the plastic nipples as well since they tend to break when removing them.
