So, I put a new clutch in a couple of weeks ago and everything went very easily. I get the cover back on and my turbo tubes on and start picking up my tools. However, I can't find my 13mm socket. where oh where could it be? I decided it must have fallen behind my toolbox and I would get it later. I climbed into the car to start it up for a test drive and......BANG. You guessed it my socket had fallen into the flywheel area. So I removed the turbo tubes and the flywheel cover and there was my mangled snap-on socket. I got lucky and it did not damage anything else. I knew when I couldn't find the darn thing I should have pulled the cover and looked. Well, lesson learned. Hope I don't have any 13mm nuts to turn before I get to a snap-on man. What is your biggest oops?
