I've done this on two different SPGs a '86 and '89. This is an old post of mine from the performance bb. You can purchase all the pieces from Summit Racing cost was about $75 total for all the pieces. The metric to AN adaptors are special order or they may be standard by now. Any more questions I can send pictures, but can't post them here.

For the turbo H2O lines in ss and -AN fittings for a c900T,
Coming out of the block you need a 14mm-6AN metric adaptor with an aluminum crush ring. You can get the adaptors from Aeroquip/jegs, summit racing. From there you need a -6AN 90 degree swivel fitting, about 19" of -6NA hose then into another 90 degree -6AN swivel fitting. The turbo in/out threads are both 16mm-6AN metric adaptors with alum. crush rings. Come out of the turbo with a 45 degree-6AN swivel and about 22" of ss hose. You will then need a straight -6AN hose adaptor at the end mated to a barbed hose end so this can be connected to the lower radiator hose. If you have a '93 the H2O feed might be comig from a nipple on the head? In that case I would remove that nipple and get a metric adaptor to -6AN and use a shorter piece of ss hose directly to the turbo.
For the turbo oil feed line I use a 14mm-4AN metric adaptor with crush ring, two 90 degree -4AN fittings, and roughly 23" of ss hose. The oil to turbo feed flange is cnc machined aluminum in one piece supplied by Function7, AZ, search ebay.
