I doubt you will find them - surprised there aren't more postings on this subject since they look like a design flaw. Especially if you drive in salt during winter like we do.
Here's what I did - first when I noticed the problem I used heavy duty black rubber bungees- the kind you tie down luggage with - double wrapped.
Then as I had visions of my tank falling down, running down the highway - I went to my local hardware store and bought the nylon cinch down luggage straps - these are the kind that use a ratchet to tighten. By wrapping one end around the post with the bolt - I was able to get the strap around both sides and back in a big loop.
check the integrity of the posts where the strap connects - it is up above the axle area.
