If the rotor is glued on, and they stopped doing that some time ago, you can still get it off with standard pliers and a little force, or you can use the orange pliers in your trunk tool kit (you did get a full kit, right?). Is the rotor that bad right now? AND before you work to remove it, do you have a timing light? If not highly suggest you get a sharpie fine point and make an alignment mark and *be sure* that you are going from the head to the base of the distributor, that way if it turns you can turn it back. It's a 13mm nut on the clamp if you have to move it.
So after all that, you can either pull with straight pliers, or grab with the orange ones and bend over. Oh with the new rotor, no more glue, not necessary.
