Well it was running great until I put him up on a trailer to move and when I unloaded him 18 hours later he had leaked out all of the brake fluid so after re-filling that I let it sit for a couple days, came back, and the battery was shot. I replaced the battery, and $90 bucks later my ex boyfriend (certified Audi mechanic) said I needed a new alternator. It's having a hard time reving and when it does it shakes. My other issue is the brake fluid disappearing. I go through about a gallon a week and it ends up on the ground and on my driver's side floor under the pedals. My ex said it's not my brake master cylinder. He checked all the hoses and found no leakes. Someone explain that mystery please. Like I said this is the first car I've fallen in love with enough to want to restore it. So any help is appreciated!
