The car may have a PVC valve. That is a valve made of Poly Vinyl Chloride. But I think you mean to ask about a PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) valve. It may possibly even be a PVC PCV valve ( Positive Crankcase Ventilation valve made of Poly Vinyl Chloride) who knows. ;-)
I'm not familiar with the 8-valve Saab motor but the PCV valve is generally located on the valve cover somewhere. Usually inserted into a rubber grommet.
