Anemic acceleration up to 3.5K and then takes off at 4K

91 900 TCV 16V

Hi,
I've had this problem for a while. The car is r e a l l y slow. Non turbo Saabs are much quicker than my TCV.

*The car slowly gets up steam and around 3,500rpm it begins to with some gumption.

*From 4,000rpm to 5,500rpm the car accelerates much better.

*However, the acceleration from 3,500-5,500rpm is marked by hesitation and a bit of a struggle. In my old carbuerator days I would suspect low fuel psi/ low flow volume as a culprit.

*I was going through the vacuum system and found that all of the lines from the turbo to the APC were heavily cracked. The wastegate would not hold a vacuum. I replaced the hose with high quality silicone hose.

*wastegate was changed for a new unit.

*Timing is set correctly. Diaphram holds vacuum.

*new pcv valve and all tubing.

*new check valve from intake to pcv

*new spark plugs.

*and finally, the computer is not complaining at all.

Any ideas?
