195/60r15 is the ideal size for 5.5" c900 wheels....

205's are realy just too wide for any 5.5" rim...the tread will curl away from the road as the sidewalls are forced to balloon out because the beads are pinched inward beyond the range the tire manufacturer allowed for. Go grab any tire pamphlet on display at your local tire dealer & there'll likely be a tire/rim size compatiblity chart in it. That having been said...there are lots of c900's out there happily running 195/65's (actually yields better hyw mpg's due to lowered eng rpm's), 205/60's (too wide, but looks better to some) & 205/50's (still too wide...not much to choose from either). You'd be best served sticking with the trusty 195/60r15...get four matching HR tires. Dunlop & BFG tend to run wider than other makes if thats the look you're after. The most expensive ones aren't necessarily the best...Kumhos are popular - check out tirerack.com then print out what you like (+ a few others) & see what your local tire place will do for you price wise.
