Gr eat
I did the pickle fork and it comes off. I was leery of unig the pickle fork as the Bentley said not to.
2nd problem was the threads on the inner tie rod to to outer tie rod end. That is why I was thinking of removing the entire assembly. Instead I searched the board and found info on rusted parts removal by JoeE. I then heated and doused with water 6 times and suddenly it moved slightly. I then heated and slowly unscrewed the outer tie rod end.
It's off now but I need to find a new locknut as I cut the old one off.
