Carl, this won't be much help, as I share some of the same plight. I have 2 one for a sedan, and one I thought I'd put on my hatch back this week end but the top slat is more square than the top shape of the window. So first make sure the top louver slat is the right shape. to fit the window. The sedan one is shaped right but not long enough (no surprise there) but it seems it will bolt on if holes ared drilled. The hatch back one has flat metal attached to the top bolts and uses double sided moulding tape to attach it to the window, and then at the bottom it has two pieces of metal that's suppose to hold the lower attach/locking points (can't find mine now, Too much junk (opps I mean, highly valued extra Saab parts)taped to the bottom the same way. I asked the same question months ago, and all 3 responses I got said theirs were taped on. Look for that respose under search, or wait for a more informative respose which is sure to occur today from old saab, saabnutt or land jet to name a few. Good luck and please let us know how it went. I'm sure to find another correct louver set and cont' on.
