Sabnutt is right, kinda: it will be MUCH easier with a powerbleeder (pressurized system that pushes fluid through the lines, attaches to the reservoir)
OR, you can REverse bleed. Starting at the clutch slave, get a 50ml syringe and fill it with brake fluid. Take a small piece of vacuum line, attach the syringe to slave bleed screw (already loosened), and force the fluid up the line into the clutch master and into the reservoir. This may take ~4 50ml squirts. Works every time.
OR, you could just waste a ton of fluid by opening the bleed screw and pumping hte clutch a lot, keeping an eye on the fluid level in the reservoir
