Issue 1: Yeah as Saabnutt says, check both battery terminals. Also, the positive battery cable sometimes gets bad corrosion internally inside the insulation jacket, can be seen at the end near the terminal, and it crunches when you flex it. Solution is a new or junkyard cable.

Terminals can feel tight to a wrench but have so much corrosion they dont make good contact. Remove them, clean post and inside of terminal, and, if the bolt is corroded, remove it, clean it on a grinder with wire wheel, and lightly grease on reinstalling.

Issue 3: These electric seats have two cables, kind of like speedometer cables, that run inside a plastic sheath. Those sheaths crack.
One solution is take a length of larger-diameter fuel line hose, slit it lengthwise, pop it around the remains of the cracked sheath, then apply several hose clamps along its length, I think some have used zip ties.
Another solution is buy a new cable, I think site sponsor sites sell these.

Issue 2 is likely the sender itself inside the tank; accessible through floor of trunk. Lots of old posts on here deal with that, but there are several models depending on year I think. Do a search and read lots of posts.
