Check the plug on the Ignition Amplifier. Sometime this get knocked off. It on the fender well under the hood. <=> Looks like at rectangle on a diamond backing/heat-sink plate. <=> Clogged fuel filter? Spray some starter fluid into a vacuum point and see if it tries to start! If it do, then fuel. Remove one distributor wire and hold close to the cap/hole with insulated pliers and check for spark. "When was the last time" you gave the car "new ignition components"? Usaually, bad gas milage = tune-up...Wiggle gently the plug on the side of the distributor for starting! If you hall sensor bad, it down under the harmonic balancer pulley. Follow the harness from the distributor down to the pulley for any breaks and the connection points.
