I do own a inch pound torque wrench. I prefer using it when bolts/nuts require 15 ftlb or less. Great to hear that your car had very high mileage and shifted and ran fine. I use the "Lucas" for it's conditioning properties. I feel it really helps everything in the transmission. Especially the bands and seals. It defininately helped when I first noticed a minimal slippage. I would just like to check the bands for torque values. Who knows the procedure?
