If you didn't replace the (4) sealing rings, it's has a good chance to leak. On my 91/900s, the banjo fitting (not the barb) was corroded and produced a small hole. Instead of replacing the banjo fitting I wrapped a piece of rubber roofing material around the banjo fitting and cut a notch in the hose clamp to fit around the barbed end. Still hasn't leaked after 6 years. Those plastic lines a very very tough to attach. If your sure that the leak isn't the seals and is leaking at the small plastic tubing, wrap some rubber strips around the barbed connection and clamp or split a rubber gasoline hose and fit it with split opposite from the leak hole and clamp.. If you need new sealing rings, get them from "http://www.saabsite.com" These brand sealing rings have rubber/copper combination and are the best. It sure is hard to see where the leaks coming from on it's location on the car.
