Warm the trans up with a short drive. Run it up on some ramps and remove the rear differential cover. Drain all fluid, and clean the magnet in the dif cover. Close it up and refill with regular 10W30. Drive for a few hundred miles. Now drain again, and re-fill with Redline or Honda MTF. You should be good to go for 100,000 miles.
Unless there is an internal problem there is no need to change trans fluid. It is a sealed case, and there are no nasty byproducts (such as is the case in an engine crankcase) to be concerned with.
BTW, I never heard of BG Syncroshift...???
