on what you're looking for. There's no single source for everything other than a Saab dealer. If you want the best prices you'll have to deal with a lot of different suppliers so you'll have to be a little more specific. Secondly, the prevailing wisdom on this board is that at this time it's nearly impossible to "restore" a C900 for less than you can buy a nice one for. Example: you could easily spend $3,000 or more just to install a rebuilt transmission and everything that goes with it. You can buy a nice, rust free "S" that needs nothing for $3000 to $5000. Ultra low mile creampuffs can be had for $7000 to $9000 (not easy to find but they're out there)while you could easily spend twice that amount to fully retore one. You might want to give us some details on your project before you dive into the deep end on it.
