Yes thank you, how long were the leads on the new hall sensor. I have had a simular issue with a 94 vert 900 S but it would stop after heating up and need to be cooled before it would start again. eventually it got so bad it would not start again. I cheated and put in a non turbo 88 distributor that had a hall sensor on it. I used a wiper motor plug on the end of the wire and it plug right into the engine wiring. I just left the "real " crank shaft pulley stay in place until I get to it one day. car has been running fine over ayear this way. I keep an extra distributor in my other 900 S' in case the CSP hall sensor would go out on a trip. Now I can get the real CSP hall sensor and have it ready for when "THIS" head gasket goes.
