It shows that your fluid is failing to do it's other primary job, to withhold moisture from the brake/clutch components, so Yes you definitely need to do a complete system flush ASAP, and Who Knows what's left of your hardware after this abuse... So long as fluid remains good I *think* one can reasonably assume that any leaks are happening at master/slave cylinder seals, reducing the areas to scrutinize, but significant moisture makes any/all metal parts of the line itself suspect as well. Your can of worms may be Open.
I second the reverse bleeding technique at the clutch slave, but I use a big (like 1 liter) syringe and about 4' of clear hose to first suck all the air bubbles from the line and then, once I see they've congregated in the hose, push the pure fluid back into the system, presumably burping any air out of the master cylinder as well. Clutch has never felt so firm as right afterwards.
Yes, I'm already shopping for a replacement slave so I can stop playing this fun little game on cold mornings...
