Rear-ended today in New York - need some assistance

Good evening. I have a 1990 SPG which was rear-ended this morning on the West Side Highway in New York. The car was hit squarely across the back, knocking in the taillights and the hatchback to crumple. The car is in excellent condition with about 113,600 miles on the odometer. I think it should be repairable, but I could use the board's assistance in sorting out a couple of questions as I think through getting it fixed and dealing with my insurance company:
1. Is it likely that I got away without frame damage?
2. What parts am I likely to need to replace? The rear bumper, taillight assemblies, and hatchback come to mind immediately.
3. How much should I expect the repair to cost?
4. In the event that the repair is costly and the insurance company wants to total the car, does anyone on this board have experience (or recent sale prices) in negotiating a higher settlement value based on market values which are in excess of the Kelley Blue Book figure?
5. Bodyshop recommendations - could folks recommend reputable bodyshops with whom they have worked in either the Sea Girt/Spring Lake, NJ or Summit, NJ areas?
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
