So, my 1992 900 tc (auto) has been starting rough lately.

It takes a good 15-20 seconds from turning over to starting up. When it does start up, the idle is really rough and I have to kick the gas down a little bit to keep it from dying.

Once it does start idling normal, I get a squeal from the engine that lasts about 20-30 seconds (feels like a lifetime) and then goes away and doesn't come back.

After that, it runs balls out, no problems until the next time I have to start it. Then it's lather/rinse/repeat.

Any ideas for this newbie?
