Frank! We have both been in support of this site for some time. Many different ideals and comments have been made. As I do own and drive two automatics, I would just add one bottle of "Lucas Automatic Transmission conditioner" Change to trans. ATF with type "F" only. The "Lucas" has worked very well with both 91/900s ans 92/900t. This product is best used before major shifting problems develope. This product conditions the seals and bands with polymers and will not swell the seals, which other products will do. If you change the screen, don't forget the seal on top. I add this thick red product by inserting the nipple of the bottle into the filler/dip stick hole and then cut a hole in the bottom of the bottle. Take a long time to drain the full bottle , but be patient. Both cars mileage are 168.00- 91/900s and 183.000- 92/900t. I'm very reluctant to adjust the seals before using the Lucas first. IMO adjusting worn bands only increase the wear. Post your results if you decide to use a bottle of this product. I recommend using
"Lucas" at the first sign of slippage.
