Brad said to just set them on the highest or stiffest setting. If you are just driving normal roads and not really pushing it hard, the suggestion he made was to start on a lower setting and then move it up over time.
It kinda depends on the tires you choose too -- some have a softer touch and if you go hard on the shock setting, then it can be rather firm.
It is really hard to tell from car to car and all the personal preferences that go along with it....
