I gotta first disclaim that I'm a giant packrat when it comes to Saabs parts. I have stuff in storage I haven't seen in a decade! Recently I've been going through it and trying to weed out stuff that just isn't useful to my two c900s... as time goes on, it becomes increasingly clear that these two cars are with me for life, but the chances of adding other c900s grows more and more unlikely.
So I'm digging through my storage unit tonight and find a cardboard box with Saab logos and part numbers, and I can't for the life of me remember what's in it. After ten minutes of digging it out from under the pile and getting a good look at it everything becomes clear.
What is it? One new in box Saab Roadholding Kit. Shocks, springs, bushings, the whole nine yards. I have to admit, I got a little giddy. What a cool thing to forget you even own.
Sometimes I feel pretty bad about hoarding all the useless crap I do, but at moments like this it becomes worth it. :)
