The $1500+ you're going to spend on the top will pretty much preclude ever reselling it for a profit, so I'd get that idea out of your head. If the car was flawless (that is, no rust) you might see $3k for it, maybe $3500, but 80k or not, a rusty c900 just isn't worth top dollar.
Swapping the interior isn't too difficult - but I'd rate the chances of finding a good used grey leather interior somewhere between 1 in 1,000 and 1 in 2,234,925 ... they just aren't out there so much anymore. That means paying someone to recover the seats, and that's another $400-$1000 depending on what you use for material.
I expect a nice c900Tc with a good top and good interior to be in the $2500-$3000 range right now, maybe, given the rust issues, and it wouldn't be a ready sale. If you fix that, you might see $3500-$4000 assuming it needs absolutely nothing else. Bottom line - buy it to drive it, not to make money on it - that'd be a crapshoot at best.
