check the relays for the fans, pull them out and look at the contacts, they have burned and fried the insides, also check that the connections in that the relay plugs into have not pushed out the bottom, compare relay spades and make sure there are contacts in those spots
check fuses.
since you replaced the sender in the radiator at the top left, pull the wires off that sender and short together, a spare fuse from the fuse box works well, one fan should come on when you do that (or possibly two) and when you turn the key to the "run" position (and may need to push the AC button in) both fans should be running. If they are not then you most likely have a dead fan.
Also, the sender in the radiator is exactly backwards of the one in the upper radiator hose, one goes open at temperature and the other one goes closed... make sure you have the correct one in the radiator...
