I'm just calculating the shimming needed to adjust the camber for one degree. Assuming that ball-joints have 380mm (15 inches) between them I came to 6.6mm value that appears to be a way too much. For 300mm length it'll be 5.2mm of shimming that looks but better. For 250 mm (I took my wheels off for balance yesterday and for a quick look both balljoings appeared to be even inside the brake disk) it'll be... 4.34 mm.
The sample figure in Bentley shows 3 stock shims under the bracket that holds the upper A-arm. So if there's a single chassis that is used with both shorten Aero springs and long ones on SE police cars (and changing the spring length REALLY changes the camber) and the shims can be only within 0.5-1-2mm range then there should not be too much shimming for camber to be adjusted for one degree.
