Just install the new M/C, but don't install the brake lines on the M/C until after you fill it with fluid and see fluid dripping out its fittings. That will most likely insure you have a pedal before you even bleed anything at the wheels. Since you have the power bleeder, set it up and bleed all 4 wheels so you have new fluid all around.
You may have to adjust the pushrod behind the m/c if the pedal doesn't feel quite right after you install the new m/c. Make sure everything is bled properly before you get into the pushrod.
If your car is a 5speed, make sure you cut the nipple on the new m/c's reservoir so the clutch m/c gets fluid
All in all, this is an easy job
