Were I a betting man, I'd put my money on you needing a NEW clutch master cylinder, especially since you say you didn't inspect the bore when you did the rebuild..
However, what often happens in any system, particularly one that's old, is that when you replace one link, the next weakest link fails.
Check the rubber part of the clutch line for any pinhole leaks. You may need an assistant to push the pedal while you look at the line. On my last C900, I replaced the clutch master, and within months, the rubber part of the line failed, requiring a new clutch line.
