Hi Guys,
I have just bought this gorgeous little 1984 3 door special edition 8 valve 900 with two tone paint (silver & slate blue) and leather upholstery.
Just after starting up from cold first thing in the mornings I have noticed that the brake pedal is really hard on the first couple of brake applications and then it is OK. It seems like a problem with the brake booster.
There are no problems with the brakes once it is warm -they are really good. Will this get worse? Should I replace the brake booster ASAP?
Also, it appears that one of the bearings in the steering coloumn is bad. You can sometime hear it on a left lock. Everyone tells me that this will not cause the steering wheel to stop turning as I was worried it might seize. What do you think?
Thanks a lot for your help
