Disconnect the air hose from the APC solenoid to the intake pipe and move it out of the way. Loosen the band clamp at the turbo side of the intake/turbo pipe fitting. Loosen the clamp of the top/forward hose at the throttle body. Loosen the clamp at the outlet side of the MAF. Wiggle the Intake tube, bypass valve and bypass hose out as a unit. Disconnect the vac line. You may find it easier to get everything out if you take off the pipe from the turbo to the intercooler too.

Before taking the bypass valve out of the fittings, mark the alignment of the fittings with a sharpie or pencil. Then when you put the new bypass valve in, realign it as the old one was. Tighten the clamps. Before you put the whole shebang back where it belongs, reconnect the vac line to the bypass valve. It's very hard to do it after the valve is in place. I usually try to align the clamp to the turbo intake so that I can reach it from above with a 12" ratchet extension to tighten it.
