Draining & replacing the fluid isn't going to do anything. You need to find out the cause of the problem. There are basically three items that go bad:
Master Cylinder
Slave Cylinder
Clutch hydraulic line
From your description, it sounds most likely to me that you are having a problem with the Master or the line. The slaves go bad far less often than the master or the line.
It's easiest to check the line first. Along the left inner fender, you'll see the clutch hydraulic line. It's bare metal, held on by clips. Follow this forward to just in front of the air cleaner, and the line changes to a rubber line for about 8 inches, then a short length of metal again, into the clutch cover. Look for wet areas around the rubber part of the line. If you don't see anything immediately, have someone push on the clutch pedal as you look at the line. If the line went bad, you'll most likely see a stream of fluid whenever your helper presses the clutch pedal.
If that doesn't show anything, you probably need a new Master Cylinder.
If you've never replaced wither on this car, I recoomend you replace BOTH the master and the line. Why? Because if you don't, there's a better than 50% chance the old line will blow out after replacing the Master.
Good luck!
