There's only a couple places it can leak from; gasket at the pan, or the cooler and lines. If you live in the rust belt, it's probably a line to or from the cooler. The cooler is located just behind the bumper on the passenger side. The lines connect on the driver's side near the bell housing. Get yourself three or four cans of aerosol brake/parts cleaner. Likely you'll need it to get all the gunk off if it's been leaking for a while. You really don't want to be removing/replacing automatic transmission parts with lots of crud around the area. It will contaminate things for sure.
