Not too much fluid at all, and I agree with OLDSAAB that removing the bolster is a good idea...A pair of gloves and a roll of paper towels (three or so under the line-to-master area) is enough.
Rebuilding is easy,,,took a good yank, however, to get the piston out...
Make sure you are sitting down with a clean bench. Do not walk away either.. 5 minutes, done. you do not need a ll the parts that comes with the rebuild kit.
Reattaching the rebuilt master to the line is a bugger...make sure that the two 13mm bolts to the fire wall are loose...then, after its tight to the line, tighten the 13mm bolts.
