If it's a 900S the hall sensor is at the crank shaft pulley. The connector is near the place where the oil fiter can spill carbonated oil when fliter is changed. Clean the 3 prong connector with some WD 40. Also the Turbo's HCS are all on the dizzy. I aasume that is not the case if you have a 91 900S. But you can put in a pre 1989 dizzy from a 900S. This will have a hall sensor unit. Then splice in a headlight wiper motor 3 prong connector which is the same as the HS connector from the Crank SP. Static time the pre 1989 dizzy , plug in the connector to the car lectrical system and see if it starts. If not go to the spark magnifier/intensifier next.
