That friction tester is missing all of the friction test equipment. It's basically a C900 with a hole in the floor covered by plywood.

The fifth wheel assembly is removed - as well as the computer and water tank. The spare tire was relocated to the inside of the car due to the hole cut in the floor.

It's not restorable or of real value beyond a low miles C900 with an interesting history.

If someone is looking for a cargo carrying 900 -meaning no rear interior can be installed, it would be a good car. But nothing more than that unfortunately.

It came out of a Naval Air Station in Lakehurst, New Jersey in a Federal government auction.
