there are many different ways, some depend upon the equipment you have.
the cheapest involved a friend that can hear and follow directions.
You don't actually take the bleek nipple out, you just turn it to the point that fluid comes out around the nipple.
put the front up on jack stands and remove the wheels, sounds like you are already there as you've prepped the bleed nipples.
roll the windows down, have your buddy in the drivers seat.
The cheap and easy way with little in the way of tools follows:
get a large round plastic trash can lid. one of the large rubbermaid type is works well. put this on the ground underneath the wheel, it will be your drip pan. I think that the nipple is a 9mm (could be wrong) I like to use a SIX point socket, back it off to make sure it will open, then snug back, just snug
suggest you have a QUART of brake fluild, top the resivour off and put the cap back on loosely.
have friend pump the brake pedal 5-10 times and HOLD IT TO THE FLOOR and DO NOT LET UP. Let him know that it WILL SINK further as you open the bleed valve, STAY ON THE PEDAL.
you, open the bleen valve and fluid should should dripple, squirt, or sputter out (depends upon air in the lines etc), when it stops snug the nipple, tell your helper to relax, get up and look at the resivour add as necessary,
go back to friend pumping the pedal an repeat. eventually you will see clean fluid come out, and your helper somewhere along the process should say "hey, the pedal is getting firm(er)!". That is what you want to hear.
Do the other side.
keep the resivour full or you will get air in the line and have to start all over...
rears are the same, will need more fluid.
