I have to say, I've heard of others with this issue. Evidently the fitting corrodes and any work on it finishes the deal.
I did see a fitting for sale at a supplier. I know they were a sponsor once but I don't think so now. The picture below is pricey, but supposedly available. I was thinking either a 2 way barbed fitting from the hardware store or heat ant pull the banjo fitting off of the rubber hose.
Of course, I've never done this, just trying to help.
Probably Eeuro would have something, give them a call.
