the hose must be at at the proper angle in relation to the vent housing - take a close look and you will see the vent intake is angled - rotate the accordion tube accordingly and lower the speaker console gently - yes it takes time but now you can appreciate the added value inherent in a saab
I mean really, if it takes you several tries what are the odds that a guy on the assembly line is going to get it right the first time without a focused mind free of Monday morning vodka?
is it not the case that Saabs while incredible in their engineering were not the most efficient (read that as Japanese) to put together?
rumour has it that the time it took to assemble the cantilevered hood on the C900 was roughly equivalent to what it to took to put together an entire 9000
