I was looking to upgrade to a 9k front rotor on my 1990 SPG here are the size specs for similar Zimmerman Cross Drilled front rotors. 1990 900 Turbo 16v B202 motor front disc sized 278 x 23.5mm and priced at 72 bucks. 1990 9000 Turbo 16v B202 motor front disc sized 280 x 25mm priced at 67. WTF! The bigger thicker rotor is cheaper. I'm pretty sure the bolt patterns are the same that year and the 9k used a 15 inch wheel that year as well before getting the 16 inch Aero in 1991. So I can use the 9k rotor but if I do, do I have to get 9k calipers too or can I keep my originals? 9k calipers and pads would be another 800 or so so I wouldn't do it if I had to get the new calipers. But if I can get the better 9k rotor for cheaper without the calipers then why not? Thanks for any info. Moby
