Condensation on Dipstick

I have lots of white oil/condensation when I remove the dipstick. This is 90 SPG and it does not lose coolant. The vacuum line with check valve to the valve cover has been removed for the last 3 years because it went bad and was pressurizing the crankcase during boost. When running, I do not feel any blow-by when the dipstick is removed. Any other areas to check?
