for my 89 it was a 30mm but I think the newer cars switched to a 27 mm bolt. In your case it's probably the 30 mm but I'm not 100% on that. I bought a 30 mm craftsman socket from Sears and didn't need to cut it. However, some do need to shave theirs just make sure u leave about 1/2 inches of socket to cover the bolt.
The hardest part of this job for me was removing the A/C pulley but it sounds like you've already done that. If not, find an angle to remove one bolt, then rotate the flywheel so that the other two bolts are in the same position as the one you've removed.
Some have had lots of trouble with this job but I got lucky and had everything out in a few hours! (had to remove coolant pump pulley, a/c compress with bracket, and the alternator.
