Main crank pulley aka harmonic balance is slipping then catching. Rubber mold between outer ring (belt grooves) and center hub is most likely worn and cracked and is slipping periodically. Being close to the crack shaft oil seal (any leakage) also compounds the problem. Just changed my own due to same problem.
