MC is not producing anymore bubbles, but pedal sinks. It is very hard before engine on, but with vac booster working, pedal creeps towards the floor. All 4 calipers have been replaced at this point (the parts car had less rust, and the calipers were all smooth and free). I returned this new MC, and they gave me cash back. I will put that towards a Eeuroparts unit, probably.
Anyhow, reinstalled the rebuilt unit that i had started with, and used the pressure bleeder on it (i hadn't used the pressure on this one yet), and i get a constant stream of bubbles if i pump the pedal also (bubbles cease if i don't pump pedal).
The 'O' rings on the MC look like they are in correctly if i look from the side and twist the reservoir to the side, but is it possible that they could have been damaged and cause these symptoms? This was the res that was snagged when i pulled the motor. It really appears to be seated well.
Starting to lose my mind on this one! Could have R&R'd a motor in this time... Thanks all
