You shouldn't need to order anything.
There will be one or two roll pins that hold the reservoir onto the MC. Drive them out carefully. They're probably all rusty. Worst case, cut them off with a Dremel & match them up at a hardware store or auto parts.
Then, it's just pulling the reservoir up out of the seals that hold it into the MC, and installing it in the new seals on the new MC. You might want to lubricate the new seals on the new/rebuilt MC with a little brake fluid to make it go in easier. Install the roll pin(s), and you're good to go.
Just remember the orientation of the reservoir!
There is one advantage to doing it this way: If you have a manual trans, you won't have clutch problems! See, there is only one reservoir, for both automatics and manual trans cars. Of course, the brake reservoir also is the clutch reservoir. So, there is a tube that must be left alone on an auto trans car, but the tip must be cut off for a manual trans car, else no clutch fluid flows...
