if I parked with the nose uphill, I was getting a leak at the rear driver's side corner. As Tushy says, it's due to blocked drain lines, there are 4, one at each corner of the sun roof. For the front drain lines, you can force a long wire down the hole (carefully!), if you pour water in the holes you should see a steady stream out the bottom drain. The rear holes are much harder to get to, I removed the rear quarter vent trim pieces and forced a wire up from the bottom. Be careful, if you use too much force it is possible to rip or dislodge the plastic drain hoses, then you will have to remove the sun roof & headliner to get access.
