There are a lot of decently priced TC out there, if there is rust I either stay away, or don't pay over $2k. Rust never sleeps, and if it is in one area it is likely ina nother. The overall impression I get (rust bubble, no service hx, avg-high milage, small holes in top) isn't so great. I would consider another car, but that is just me.

Also, like others have said get a carfax, BUT beware that carfax isn't perfect. I bought a C900 with a clean farfax, that I later discovered had a significant accident. Maybe the PO in my case paid cash for the repair, who knows. Same deal an another c900 I didn't buy (I learned my lession). So if the carfax is clean, but the car seems to have been worked on, run, don't walk away.
