Since you have an LH2.4 and all the mods to open up the flow of air, your AMM is producing a voltage that shuts down the ECU. Use a Split Second voltage clamp and the problem will go away, but you still won't have enough fuel at WOT. Some have tried a resistor to shift the voltage, but then it reads wrong at idle.
I just swapped over high flow parts to a stock LH2.4 and experienced the same shutdown. Harvested the voltage clamp from another car, and the cut disappeared.
You should also make sure your base boost is 5-6 PSI, and use a Dawes device SMBC set at 10PSI and it will produce smooth responsive power.
