Assuming your dry one is in fact brand new with standard bearings ideally you would take a perfect used water cooled T3 bearing housing and just transplant everything from the dry one. The good used one would have to have standard in spec bearing bores and sealing ring bore and be thoroughly prepped and cleaned! I have well over 50 wet T3 bearing housing so I could find you a perfect one but first make sure yours is in fact new with standard internals and not rebuilt with oversize bearings in which case the wet one would have to be sized to match.
